Discussion on the importance of rotation accuracy of CNC lathe spindle by CNC lathe manufacturers
The rotation accuracy of the spindle of CNC lathe has a great influence on the accuracy of machining parts, and its power and rotation speed also have a certain impact on the machining efficiency. If the spindle box of the CNC lathe is a CNC lathe with level automatic speed regulation function, the guide rail of the CNC lathe provides a guarantee for the feed movement. To a large extent, it will have a certain impact on the rigidity, accuracy and stability of the lathe at low speed feed, which is also one of the important factors affecting the quality of parts processing. In addition to some CNC lathes using the traditional sliding guide rail, CNC lathes that have been finalized for production have adopted more plastic coated guide rails. The transmission structure of the main axle box has been simplified. For the reformed CNC lathe with dual functions of manual operation and automatic control processing, basically the original headstock is still being retained.
CNC lathes can be divided into horizontal and vertical types. Horizontal lathe has two kinds of horizontal guide rail and inclined guide rail. CNC sleeper cars with higher grades generally adopt inclined guide rails. According to the number of tool holders, it can be divided into single tool holder CNC lathes and double tool holder CNC lathes. The former is two coordinate control, and the latter is four coordinate control. Most double turret sleeping cars use inclined guide rails. We generally believe that the reason for the creep of the CNC lathe feed system is that the lubrication between the moving parts of the lathe is not good, which leads to the increase of the static friction resistance when the lathe workbench moves; When the motor is driven, the workbench cannot move forward, causing elastic deformation of the ball screw and storing the energy of the motor on the deformation; When the motor continues to drive, and the elastic force produced by the stored energy is greater than the static friction, the workbench of the machine tool creeps forward and moves like this repeatedly, resulting in the phenomenon of crawling. But in fact, this is only one of the reasons. In fact, this kind of failure may be caused by the failure of the mechanical feed transmission chain, the problem of the electrical part of the feed system, the improper setting of system parameters, or the comprehensive failure of the mechanical part and the electrical part.
