1. Grouping of CNC lathe signals
In the cables used in CNC lathes, each group of cables should be processed according to the processing method in the table and routed according to the grouping.
2. CNC lathe signal shielding
Shielding is the use of a box or shell shaped shield made of conductive or magnetic materials to enclose interference sources or objects, thereby isolating and weakening the long spatial coupling channels of interference and preventing the transmission of electromagnetic energy. The different properties of interference fields that need to be shielded can be divided into electric field shielding, magnetic field shielding, and electromagnetic field shielding. Electric field shielding is used to eliminate or control interference caused by electric field coupling. Magnetic field shielding is used to eliminate or control interference caused by magnetic field coupling. In general, pure electric or magnetic fields are rare and often present in the presence of electromagnetic fields. Therefore, electromagnetic fields are simultaneously shielded.
3. CNC lathe signal grounding
There are strict requirements for grounding the installation of CNC lathes. If control devices, electrical cabinets, and other equipment cannot be grounded according to the user manual, some interference will affect the CNC lathe through grounding.
