Small CNC lathe bearing common problem processing method
I. Improper installation of small CNC lathes
1. When a small CNC lathe is installed, brute force is used. Directly hitting the bearing with a hammer has the greatest damage to the bearing; it is the main cause of deformation. This is very common in some small machine tool factories. Venus uses a professional bearing installation tool to install bearings, thus avoiding this.
2. Small CNC lathes are not installed properly, and the installation is biased or not mounted on the bearing, causing the bearing clearance to be too small. The inner and outer rings are not in the same center of rotation, causing distractions.
Recommendation: Select the appropriate or professional bearing installation tool and use a special instrument for inspection after installation.
Second, poor lubrication
According to investigations, poor lubrication is one of the major causes of premature bearing damage.
