The size of the workpiece is correct, but the surface finish is poor: the tool tip is damaged and not sharp, the CNC lathe has resonance, the placement is not stable, there is crawling, and the processing technology is poor. If the tool is not sharp or worn, it should be replaced in time. If the resonance or placement of the CNC lathe is not smooth, adjust the horizontal position and lay a foundation.

It is necessary to use the dial indicator to lean against the bottom of the tool rest, edit the fixed cycle program through the system, check the repeated positioning accuracy of the carriage, adjust the gap between the screw rods, and replace the bearing.
