CNC lathe manufacturers share three basic environmental requirements for CNC milling operation
Turning and milling CNC lathes are one of the most commonly used lathes in the field of CNC lathes. Both automotive and aviation manufacturing industries cannot do without the strong support of turning and milling CNC lathes. Although turning and milling CNC lathes have a wide range of applications, they still have high requirements for the surrounding environment during operation. Today, our CNC lathe manufacturer will share with you the three basic environmental requirements for the operation of turning and milling CNC lathes.
Firstly, the turning and milling composite CNC lathe has strict temperature requirements for the operating environment. Generally speaking, the turning and milling composite CNC lathe requires an ambient temperature between 15 ℃ and 30 ℃, and high or low temperatures can affect the normal operation of the equipment. High temperature can cause equipment to overheat, affecting the accuracy and lubrication effect of the machine tool, and even damaging the equipment; Low temperatures can make machine tool lubricating oil viscous, reduce lubrication effectiveness, and lead to problems such as high equipment noise, vibration, and shortened lifespan.
Secondly, the turning and milling composite CNC lathe also has high humidity requirements for the operating environment. Generally speaking, the turning and milling composite CNC lathe requires an environmental humidity between 40% and 80%. Excessive humidity can cause problems such as rust on the surface of equipment, moisture on electrical components, and deterioration of lubricating oil. In severe cases, it can also lead to equipment short circuits and electrical failures; Low humidity can lead to static electricity problems and affect the normal operation of the equipment.
In addition, the cleanliness of the usage environment is also required to be high for the turning and milling composite CNC lathe. Due to the need for high-speed movement during the machining process of the turning and milling composite CNC lathe, the precise transmission mechanism and hydraulic components are easily affected by impurities such as du and chips, leading to equipment failures. Therefore, the usage environment should be kept clean, and the equipment should be regularly cleaned and maintained to prevent impurities from entering the interior of the equipment.
The above are the three basic environmental requirements for turning and milling CNC operation compiled and published by our CNC lathe manufacturer Haishu Machinery. We hope it will be helpful for everyone in using turning and milling CNC lathes in the future.
